Making Medicines Safer for All of Us

Marketing CoPilot recognized for helping RxISK.org achieve exemplary marketing results in email marketing

TORONTO, ON — April 29, 2014 – Marketing CoPilot® Inc., a leader in Canada for digital marketing strategy and execution, has received the 2013 All Star Award from Constant Contact® Inc., the trusted marketing advisor to more than half a million small organizations worldwide.

Constant Contact All Star Award

Each year, Constant Contact bestows the All Star Award to a select group of businesses and nonprofits that are successfully leveraging online marketing tools. Marketing Copilot is being recognized as a Solution Provider All Star for its success achieved on behalf of the digital marketing consulting done for RxISK.org. RxISK campaign results ranked among the top 10% of Constant Contact’s international customer base.

RxISK.org is the first free, independent website where patients, doctors, and pharmacists can research prescription drugs and easily report a drug side effect — identifying problems and possible solutions earlier than is currently happening. RxISK.org uses Constant Contact to keep subscribers up-to-date on drug safety issues through a monthly newsletter. Constant Contact helps RxISK.org spread the message that no one knows a drug’s side effects like the person taking it, and that by researching and reporting prescription drug side effects, RxISK.org can help make medicines safer for everyone.

RxISK.org exemplified Constant Contact All Star qualities for their: consistently high open (over 25%) and click through rates, low bounce rates, list management practices, regular contact with their audience, and frequent viewing of campaign reports.

“We are proud of the results we achieve for all of our clients, but especially proud to receive this award in conjunction with the digital consulting work we do with RxISK.org,” said Marie Wiese, President and Founder of Marketing CoPilot Inc.

“We have been a Constant Contact Solution Provider for eight years and have developed integrated digital marketing strategies using Constant Contact to implement, track and analyze email marketing initiatives.”

Constant Contact customers and Solution Providers using the company’s Email Marketing tools are eligible for this award. Constant Contact looked at the following criteria to select this year’s All Stars:

  • Level of engagement with email campaigns and events
  • Open, bounce, and click-through rates
  • Use of social sharing features
  • Use of mailing list sign-up tools
  • Use of reporting tools

“We’re always delighted when small businesses and nonprofits are successful,” said Gail Goodman, CEO of Constant Contact. “We’re honored to recognize Marketing CoPilot as an All Star, and to be able to shine the spotlight on its achievements in 2013.”
